Safa (also known as Safa Terraces) is the second residential development in Desa ParkCity, right after Nadia. It is a 2-storey terrace houses development, and was completed in 2004.

Safa comprises of 171 units of 2-storey terrace houses in a gated and guarded 13-acre vicinity. The house is surrounded by landscaped park that connects these houses from one to another. It is designed in such a way that open-plan dry kitchens open out onto an internal courtyard to bring in natural light and cool breezes.

Safa is strategically located on the north side of Desa ParkCity. It is just opposite ParkCity Club and minutes of walking away from Desa ParkCity Central Park and The Waterfront. But if need to commute to work around prime commercial areas like Damansara Utama, Bandar Utama, Damansara Heights and Bangsar, you have to fork out high cost for toll at Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong and Penchala Link for RM1.60 and RM2.00 respectively.

Plenty amenities can be find in the area. Besides The Waterfront which houses Max Value, ADG Computer Centre, Klinik Medivron, ArtWorkshop, Kluang Station and Little Einstein, there is Tesco Manjalara located just 5 minutes of driving away. Surrounding The Waterfront, there is a 17.2-ha public park, named Desa ParkCity Central Park, that consists of a lake and jogging path surrounding it.

Also, the clubhouse next to it, called ParkCity Sports Centre offers a pavilion lounge, swimming pools, tennis courts, badminton courts, a gymnasium and a childcare centre as well as a FIFA-size football field and two basketball courts. In addition, this modern town will soon have a hospital, international school and a commercial centre (named The Quaritz) which are currently under development. Few kilometres away, you can find SMK Sinar Bintang, SK Manjalara, SMK Manjalara and also Kuala Lumpur Islamic Secondary School.
