Sri Samudera (also known as Pangsapuri Sri Samudera Seaview Residence Suites ) is a freehold condominium located along the coastal borders of Malaysia and Singapore in Johor Bahru, Johor. It is located within the city centre of the capital, with the Malaysia - Singapore checkpoint located only 5 minutes away while the Senai International Airport is a half an hour drive away.

Sri Samudera is a high rise condominium that consists of two blocks with 22 storeys each, with 12 unit to a floor. There are three different types of layouts. Buyers may choose between 2-bedroom units , 3-bedroom units as well as 3+1-bedroom units with either 2 or 3 bathrooms. Sri Samudera is located on Jalan Mahmoodiah, which provides excellent connectivity to the Jalan Lingkaran Dalam, which connects to Jalan Skudai and the Sultan Iskandar CIQ Johor Bahru - Singapore highway which goes directly to the checkpoint. Public transportation is just as convenient with a bus stop located on the main road of Jalan Abu Bakar within short walking distance.
