All the tenant literally has to do is to bring his/her suitcase and laptop!! Everything reasonable is provided!
The rental I am requesting is RM 8,000 per month for which we will provide Astro satelite tv and telephone /1 MB broadband rental. The rental is higher than usual as it is on 29th floor and also the fact that we will accomadate anything reasonable that the prospective tenant requires.
